Launching soon on Robinhood Chain

Nobody starts from zero.

Rebate Pad is a token launchpad where every buy comes with bonus tokens on top, and holders share payouts from every trade, paid in the token’s pair token.

How it works

Launch in minutes. The rules do the rest.

A creator launches a token and sets its rules once. From then on, every buyer gets bonus tokens and every holder shares in the trading, automatically.

  1. 01

    Create a token

Name, artwork and a pair token, such as USDG, ETH or others. One billion supply, liquidity and a locked treasury are set up for you in one transaction.

  2. 02

    Set the rules

Pick the bonus rate for buyers and the payout rate for holders. Once the token is live, nobody can change them.

  3. 03

    Buyers get more

Every buy lands with bonus tokens on top of the swap, shown in the quote before anyone confirms.

  4. 04

    Holders get paid

A share of every trade goes to holders in the pair token, sent straight to their wallets through the day.

Benefits

Buy it. Get more. Hold it. Get paid.

For buyers

Every buy comes with bonus tokens

On most launchpads you start a trade at zero, or behind it once taxes are taken. On Rebate Pad, bonus tokens are added on top of your base swap output at the rate the launch set, from 2% to 9%, in the same transaction.

  • · Shown in your quote before you confirm
  • · Identical for every wallet, whale or first-timer
  • · Buyers always start at least 1% ahead at the pre-trade price

For holders

A share of every trade, paid in the pair token

Launches can pay holders a share of every buy and sell in the token’s pair token, such as USDG, ETH or others. Payouts go straight to your wallet through the day. Nothing to stake, nothing to claim, no points.

  • · Your share follows how much you hold and for how long
  • · Splitting across wallets changes nothing: shares are proportional
  • · Holdings under $1 are left out of a round

Time counts per token. Buying more never resets it; selling only resets the tokens you sold.

Advantages

Fair by design, not by promise.

The rules are written into every launch when it is created. Nobody can change them afterwards: not the creator, and not us.

Rates that never change

Bonus, payout and fee rates are fixed the moment a token launches and are identical for every wallet. There is no admin switch to raise them later.

Snipe protection

In the first three seconds after a launch, a snipe tax steps down from 99% to zero, the same for everyone. What bots pay goes into the token’s locked treasury.

Snipe tax: 99% at launch, 66% after one second, 33% after two, zero from three seconds.

A locked treasury

At least 7% of every token’s supply is locked in its own treasury at launch. Sell fees refill it, bonus tokens to buyers are the only way out, and there is no function that withdraws it.

Bonus tokens

Sell fees and snipe tax flow into the locked treasury in tokens; bonus tokens flow out of it to buyers.

Buyers start ahead

No launch can be configured so that a buyer starts less than 1% ahead at the pre-trade price. The launch form will not let it through.

Fixed supply

Every token launches with exactly one billion tokens. Nothing can be minted later.

1,000,000,000

Tokens per launch, forever

Payouts that can’t be gamed

Shares are proportional to tokens held and time held, so splitting a bag across wallets earns nothing extra. Holdings under $1 sit out a round, and launchers can exclude up to ten named wallets, fixed at launch.

For launchers

Launch a token people want to hold.

A launch takes a few minutes: name, artwork, and five choices that shape how buyers and holders are treated. Liquidity and the treasury are set up for you.

  1. 01

    The pair token

What buyers pay with and what holder payouts are paid in, such as USDG, ETH or others.

  2. 02

    The bonus rate

From 2% to 9% on every buy. Sells pay a fee at the same rate.

  3. 03

    The payout rate

A share of every trade for holders. Bonus plus payouts can never exceed 9%.

  4. 04

    Where payouts go

To holders, which is permanent, or to the creator, who can switch to holders later but never back.

  5. 05

    Excluded wallets

Up to ten named wallets left out of payouts, such as a team or exchange wallet. Fixed at launch.

The REBATE token

Every launch feeds $REBATE.

$REBATE is Rebate Pad’s own token. It runs on the same rules as every launch, and the platform fee from every token, its own included, flows back into it.

Sell fee

0.7%, in USDG
Platform fee
0.3%

Holders of $REBATE share 0.7% of every $REBATE trade in USDG, split by amount and time held, like any other launch. Its 0.3% platform fee goes into the same pot as the fee from every launch.

Supply only falls

Every $REBATE bought with the platform fee is burned. No $REBATE can be minted, so the supply can only go down.

Grows with the pad

The fee comes from trading on every launched token and on $REBATE itself, so more launches and more trading mean more flowing into $REBATE.

Runs on its own

Once the pot is large enough, anyone can trigger a round. Each round has limits on price impact, and a small, capped share pays whoever triggers it.

About

We moved the starting line.

Token launches have trained buyers to expect a tax on the way in and nothing for staying. Rebate Pad starts from the opposite idea: the people who buy and hold a token are the ones who make it, so they should come out ahead.

Every launch on Rebate Pad gives buyers bonus tokens, can pay holders a share of the trading, and fixes its rules on day one. Rebate Pad is an independent project running on Robinhood Chain.
