01About this policy
This policy explains what information Rebate Pad handles when you use the website and, once it opens, the Rebate Pad app. The Services are non-custodial: you use your own wallet, and we never ask for your name, email address, government ID, seed phrase or private key to use them.
02The website
The website sets no cookies, has no accounts or sign-ups, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from other websites apart from Cloudflare’s cookie-free analytics script.
Our hosting and security provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may look at aggregate, cookie-free visit counts that do not identify you.
03What the app handles
When the app opens, using it involves the following information:
- Wallet information: your public wallet address when you connect, and the public on-chain activity linked to it, such as balances, trades and payouts.
- Request data: when the app asks our servers for quotes, token data, your portfolio or your payouts, those requests include your wallet address, IP address and browser details.
- Content you submit: if you launch a token, its name, symbol, artwork, description and links. This content is public.
- Browser storage: the app remembers which wallet you used last, and some settings, in your browser’s storage on your device. It is not sent to us.
- Messages: if you contact us, the information you choose to include.
04Where it comes from
From you, from your browser and wallet, from public blockchains, and from service providers that help us run the Services.
05How we use it
- To run the Services: show quotes, prices, portfolios and payout history, and build the transactions you choose to sign.
- To calculate and send holder payouts, which are based on public on-chain balances and holding times.
- To display tokens and the content their creators submit.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Services are used, and improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you.
06Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: providing the Services you ask for; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving them; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.
07Blockchain data is public
Transactions on Robinhood Chain, including wallet addresses, balances, trades and payouts, are public and permanent by design. Anyone can see them, and neither we nor anyone else can change or delete them.
09Third-party services
Your wallet, Robinhood Chain, block explorers, RPC providers your wallet uses, and sites linked from token pages are run by others under their own privacy policies.
10How long we keep it
We keep off-chain information only as long as we need it to run and secure the Services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Request logs are kept for a limited period. Public blockchain data and content stored on-chain or on distributed storage cannot be deleted.
11Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. No system is completely secure. Protect your wallet, and never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone.
12International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
13Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. We cannot change or delete data on a public blockchain. To make a request, contact us.
14Children
The Services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
15Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
